GROUP CLASSES

Group classes are coaching or instruction/training in groups of 3 to 6 people. The workouts are designed to get you the best results as quickly as possible.  The trainer provides help and motivation by showing techniques to push yourself further than you ever could on your own.  Instruction is aimed at how to do the exercises safely and correctly for you.  While this is a group class, each member’s workout is designed for their individual ability and goals.

Classes may have you working with another member of the class or on an individual exercise, but there is a positive comradery and encouragement within the group which can be highly motivational as well.
